Founder Immersion Week is a private, in-person engagement held at your location. Karla comes to you for five consecutive days and works inside your business — with you, your leadership layer, your calendar, your numbers, and your actual operating reality.
No Zoom. No half-attention. No summarizing your business to someone who has only ever seen it through a screen.
This is the format that changes things fastest, because it is the only one where the person advising you has actually been in the building.

How it works
- Fit and scoping call, 30 minutes, on Zoom. We confirm the Immersion is the right format and define what the five days need to accomplish.
- Scope and proposal. You receive the agenda, who needs to be in which sessions, deliverables, logistics, and investment.
- Five days on site. Concentrated work at your location — with you, and with your team where it matters.
- Implementation checkpoint. A defined follow-up after Karla leaves, so the week turns into a change rather than a memory.
